When I was making travel plans and looking at the satellite map, I noticed that the streets of Suijiang County didn't look like those of an old town with decades of history. When I arrived, I found that it was indeed a new town. The original old county town had been submerged due to the reservoir of a hydroelectric station, and the county town was newly built on nearby high ground.
