It was already evening when I arrived in Ngawa County, so I went outside the town to see what the county town was like.

Aba is a primitive county town, the main road is messy, and every scene on the street reminds you that you have arrived in the Tibetan area.

What surprised me was the large number of Muslims here. I learned a little from the restaurant owner that most of them came from Linxia, Gansu, and have been here in recent years.

In the region bordering Gansu and Tibet, it is not uncommon for Muslims to control trade.
