By the end of April, the southern side of the Balang Mountain pass is already vibrant with life, but as you cross the pass to the other side, you enter winter, with the surroundings covered in snow.

Mount Siguniang is the most easily accessible snow mountain around Chengdu, and it can be reached in half a day. Therefore, ascending 3,000 meters in such a short time can easily cause altitude sickness.
