Due to the undulating terrain in Chongqing, high-rise buildings in low areas often have exits leading to the mountains at higher elevations. It is common to enter from the 1st floor, go up a few floors, and then come out on the 1st floor again, giving people a "magical" feeling.

For example, the famous Baixiangju, which has a total of 24 floors but no elevator. Different floors have exits leading to nearby streets.
